Ingredients : 

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons butter melted
16 oz cream cheese softened (two 8 oz packages)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream cold
1 cup canned pie filling cherry, blueberry, etc.

Instructions:

1. Graham cracker crumbs and melted butter should be combined in a small bowl to moisten. Refrigerate after pressing onto an 8 or 9-inch glass pie plate.

2. Cream cheese and sugar should be thoroughly combined and blended in a big basin. To make sure there are no lumps, scrape the sides and stir again. Add vanilla and stir.

3. Four additions of cream should be made while the mixer is running, with each addition being whisked into the cream cheese. For one minute, whip until thick and light. To achieve even mixing, scrape the sides and repeat the whipping if necessary.

4. Fill prepared pie shell with mixture, smoothing the top. Wrapped in plastic, place in the refrigerator for two to eight hours.

5. When ready to serve, slice into pieces and, if preferred, top with two teaspoons of pie filling (or whipped cream).
